Do most tech successful tech startups elect to be an S-Corporation? I've heard ramblings about potential investors being hesitant about the maximum allowed number of S-Corporation shareholders? Is this really something I should be concerned about?

I've also read that S-Corporation shares may be owned by an LLC, as long as one person owns 100% of the LLCs shares. Is this an approach I should continue to consider?

Thank You....Your site is an amazing resource and the world could use more professionals like yourself.
