I thought about this when I heard that AJ over at devlounge.net was trying to sell the website.  Fantastic site with great traffic and content.  But it sounded like there was a disconnect between his asking price and sellers&#039; offers, because the site wasn&#039;t really being monetized. Hence, the earnout.

FWIW, Devlounge.net was just sold to Splashpress media.</description>
