Exercise

An Exercise is the act of using an option or warrant to buy the underlying shares at the agreed exercise price, subject to the plan or instrument terms. Exercise converts the right into actual ownership, and Exercise decisions are influenced by vesting, taxes, liquidity expectations, and option expiration.
