Hedge Fund

A Hedge Fund is a privately offered pooled investment vehicle that typically has broad flexibility to use strategies such as long/short, leverage, derivatives, and concentrated positions to pursue absolute returns. In later-stage venture and public-market crossover activity, a Hedge Fund may participate in private rounds or buy shares in the public market, and the Hedge Fund structure is usually limited to accredited/qualified investors.
