Seed Stage

The Seed Stage is the early phase of a startup’s lifecycle when the company is building the initial product, testing the market, and establishing early traction, typically before a full Series A institutional scale-up. In venture capital, Seed Stage financings are often smaller and higher-risk, and Seed Stage investors focus on team, problem, initial product signal, and market potential.
