Joinder Page

A Joinder Page is a signature page or short form agreement by which a new party agrees to be bound by the terms of an existing agreement (such as an investor rights agreement, voting agreement, or shareholders’ agreement). In financing documentation, a Joinder Page simplifies adding new investors or transferees without re-executing the full document, and the Joinder Page typically confirms capacity, notice information, and effective date.
