Junk Bond

Junk Bonds is a high-yield, non-investment-grade corporate bond that pays a higher interest rate because it carries a higher risk of default. In leveraged buyouts and certain growth financings, Junk Bond markets can provide significant capital when open, and Junk Bond spreads are often used as a signal of broader credit conditions.
