Director

The Directors of a corporation are elected by its shareholders to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors makes many of the important corporate decisions. For example, the Board hires the corporate officers (CEO, COO, CFO, etc.) and decides if and when dividends should be issued. These decisions are determined by a majority vote of the Board.
