A Domestic Corporation is a company that is incorporated and operates in the same state. Corporations that are incorporated in a different state from where they conduct business are referred to as foreign corporations. Typically, a Domestic Corporation is able to conduct business in other states once it complies with the applicable foreign corporation registration.
