Due Diligence

Due Diligence is the structured investigation of a startup’s business, financials, legal posture, IP, and risks conducted by investors or buyers before signing or closing. Due Diligence is typically managed through a data room and Q&A, and Due Diligence findings often change valuation, structure, or closing conditions.
