Growth Stage

Growth Stage refers to a phase of a company’s lifecycle after early product-market fit, when the business is scaling revenue, hiring rapidly, expanding go-to-market, and optimizing unit economics. In venture investing, Growth Stage rounds are often larger and valuation-sensitive, and Growth Stage metrics (like net revenue retention and CAC payback) become central to underwriting.
