Regulation Crowdfunding

Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) is a U.S. securities exemption that allows eligible companies to raise capital from the public through FINRA-registered online funding portals or broker-dealers, subject to offering limits, disclosure requirements, and investor caps. For startups, Regulation Crowdfunding can broaden access to capital and customers, and Regulation Crowdfunding raises require careful cap table, disclosure, and communications management.
