Series FF Stock is a type of preferred stock issued to founders upon incorporation, usually in addition to common stock issued at incorporation. Series FF Stock is typically convertible into the type of stock issued to investors at a subsequent equity financing round, in order to facilitate a startup founder’s sale of shares to an investor (i.e., a secondary transaction).
